I emailed Evershine Fireplaces and about purchasing a new gas insert. Abhi responded immediately and sent Nick to measure and explain options for a replacement insert that same day. Two days later, technicians, Nick and Ashok removed my old fireplace.

They were very respectful, professional, and efficient. The weather was a concern as the technicians can only install the new insert on a dry day and it had begun to rain that evening. The next day, it did not rain and Abhi called to let me know they could come and finish the job. I was happily surprised as Nick and Ashok went to work and completed the job so I wouldnt have to be without a fireplace as the weather gets colder. (I use it primarily for heat).
